Rare troopers are the best in the business. One Rare trooper can make all the difference in the world. Even if the trooper when created has a low rating (C or D), upgrading it to Gold or Platinum can turn it into a pretty powerful trooper. To get a rare trooper try to look for songs that you do not often use or songs that Soulmaster tells you to upload.
